In case of an incorrect price due to an error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund if applicable.

3. Shipping & Delivery:

We deliver across Egypt. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times vary depending on location and will be shown at checkout.

Customers are required to provide accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect details.

The courier will attempt delivery and may contact you before arrival. If you fail to receive the package after multiple attempts, additional shipping fees may apply.

4. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds:

We strive for customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with your order, you may request an exchange or refund under the following conditions:

Timeframe: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving the product.

Condition: Items must be in their original packaging.
